At Partom we value Flexibility, it's not only useful for products that must bend or stretch, it also describes an important personal trait. Workplace Flexibility is the ability to switch from one task to another, or being able to deal with unexpected problems effectively.

When we Design a product it doesn't always print perfectly right away, and sometimes during testing we find it has flaws. Remaining flexible keeps us always thinking of new solutions, problem solving, so we can fix those issues and produce the best version of our product.

Growing this business from the ground up has required us to wear many hats, forcing us to learn new things in new topics, exploring uncharted territory; Practicing flexibility is the only way we would have made it this far in. exhibiting this trait is at the core of our foundation.

This is just one of many reasons we choose this as our first word of the week. We look forward to learning and growing with you, practicing flexibility to be able to complete great tasks everyday to always be moving forward.
